All original artworks are unique and one-of-a-kind. Once purchased, the sale is considered final.

Prints & Made-to-Order Items

Each print or made-to-order item is produced specifically for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even for changes of mind. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to screen differences or the handmade process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

• Your order number

We will gladly arrange a replacement for approved claims.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once marked delivered by the carrier.
