By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed on the checkout page.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier or location.
Once an order is marked as shipped, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our artworks and made-to-order items, all sales are final.
Originals are one-of-a-kind and cannot be returned.
Prints and made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and are also non-returnable.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and your order number. Approved claims will be replaced, not refunded.

4. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, and content on this site are the property of Ryan Martin Fine Art.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Customers may display purchased art in private spaces but may not reproduce or resell without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ryan Martin Fine Art is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase of products.
Liability for defective or incorrect items is limited to replacement of the item as described above.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, United States of America without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
